Attempted Break in Honingham Jan 18

Received this today from Terry and Maureen….please make sure all your outbuildings are safely locked up and nothing “interesting” on display! Terry and Maureen obviously shaken up but both ok.

Hi everyone
Just to let you know we had an attempted break in sometime during the night or early this morning in our aviary shed. No entry to it as we assume disturbed by lights going on in the house early this morning. Police have been informed and we have a crime no if we have anymore visitors.

Hall Drive Drains Issue

At about 11.30 this morning Brian Winchester alerted me to the flooding of Hall Drive caused by a blocked drain by the village sign outside Craig Matless house and on the public highway, not in Hall drive. Have spoken to Anglian Water on 03457-145145 who promise to deal with it by 6pm today. Reference 54428271. There has been a call from a resident in Hall Drive already concerning the same issue and Anglian Water have already attended, and cleared a different drain. Happy new year…. Roger H
